New Delhi: Sophia Traexpo Limited has reported a net loss of ₹19.82 lakh for the first quarter of FY2026, marking a sharp rise from the ₹2.85 lakh loss in the previous quarter and the ₹10.90 lakh loss recorded in the same period last year.
The company generated no revenue during the quarter — a continuation of its recent trend of negligible operating income. The paid-up equity share capital remained steady at ₹510 lakh, while earnings per share (EPS) came in at a negative ₹0.39.
The financial results were approved by the Board of Directors and reviewed by NSVR & Associates LLP, who confirmed that the statements were free of material misstatements and complied with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) as well as other applicable regulations.
Shares of Sophia Traexpo Limited (BSE: STRAEXPO) closed unchanged at ₹12.58 on the day of the announcement.
